G34/G36 Intermittent Connection Issues on Xfinity NetworkNews

It has come to our attention that there may be an issue with the G34 and G36 experiencing intermittent connectivity on Xfinity’s network. Indicators that the G34 or G36 are experiencing these issues are: provide  a list of  indicatorsRest assured that ARRIS is investigating this and we are working diligently to resolve these issues as quickly as possible.  Please stay tuned for more details.
